Bob Kostelansky
General Manager
As a General Manager at Epic, Bob Kostelansky brings over 20 years of expertise in managing the Millwork division. His extensive background enables him to navigate complex projects with precision, effectively balancing tight deadlines and budgets.
Bob’s commitment to excellence is evident in his personalized approach to each project. This dedication stems from his early experiences with woodworking, where he honed his skills alongside his grandfather. His strong work ethic and confidence are rooted in a deep-seated family tradition of craftsmanship.
A graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Bob continuously advances his knowledge to stay at the forefront of industry trends and practices. His blend of experience, technical knowledge, and personal dedication makes him a key leader at Epic.

Office Manager
With over two decades of experience in the construction and millwork industries, Nicole has been an integral part of the Epic team since 2003. She began her career at Epic Interiors as an Office Assistant, where she managed correspondence, answered phones, and supported daily office operations.
From 2006 to 2015, Nicole transitioned to fieldwork, overseeing subcontractor approvals, contracts, certified payrolls, and billing. On the job sites, she worked on notable projects such as the Union City High School & Parking Garage, Newark 5th Police Precinct, Natirar Social Pavilion, and Rutgers Business School and the Expansion project at Rutgers Stadium, where she provided on-site support and coordinated with various teams.
In addition to her field experience, Nicole supported the Project Executive with various office responsibilities, managing administrative tasks during her project involvement. From 2011 to 2015, she focused on subcontractor management—overseeing approvals, contracts, certified payrolls, billing, and obtaining certificates of insurance—for projects like Rutgers Ernest Mario, RU Livingston Housing, Phillipsburg High School, and Oliver Street Elementary School. She also contributed to the marketing department by developing proposals for construction management and general contracting, as well as renewing certificates in 2011-2012.
Since 2015, Nicole has excelled as Office Manager at Epic Millwork, playing a crucial role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her extensive experience and adaptability allows her to effectively support team operations and drive project success. Known for her resourcefulness and unwavering commitment, Nicole approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, making her an invaluable asset to the Epic family. Her proactive nature and determination ensure that tasks are completed seamlessly and on time.

Estimating Director
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob Lippin brings a wealth of expertise to his role as an Estimator at Epic Millwork. Specializing in millwork materials and labor cost estimates, Rob plays a pivotal role in the estimating process for more than 1,000 millwork projects annually.
Rob’s background includes preparing and certifying architectural drawings for a variety of architectural firms, showcasing his proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and his certification as an AutoCAD draftsman. His skills in utilizing both hard copy and digital media ensure the production of accurate and timely bid proposals. Proficient in Excel and Word, Rob also leverages advanced digital takeoff software to enhance his estimating accuracy. Rob’s extensive job completion history encompasses high-level bid estimates for a range of projects, including educational institutions, sports complexes, hospitals and medical offices, commercial enterprises, and banks.
Rob’s commitment to precision and his deep industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to the Epic Millwork team, driving excellence in every project he undertakes.

General Foreman
With over 37 years of extensive experience ranging from general construction to specialized expertise in all phases of millwork, Kevin is an essential asset to our team. Since joining Epic in 2003, he has steadily advanced through the ranks, beginning as a bench worker and progressing to a working foreman before transitioning to his current office role. In his capacity as General Foreman, Kevin provides essential direction and supervision to the assigned foremen of various crews, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Kevin is proficient in AutoCAD and engineering, and he skillfully manages job processing through our Microvellum software. His deep understanding of construction and millwork processes enables him to facilitate seamless project execution and optimize workflows.
Beyond the office, Kevin cherishes family time and pursues outdoor hobbies such as hunting and fishing. This balance of professional expertise and personal interests reflects his commitment to
both mastery in the workplace and a fulfilling life outside of it. Kevin is a valued member of our team, bringing years of experience, dedication, and a passion for craftsmanship to every project he undertakes.
Ryan Goddardd
Project Manager
Ryan Goddard brings over 18 years of dedicated expertise in the millwork industry, exemplifying a versatile career path spanning from managerial roles to hands-on experience in both shop and field operations. Ryan serves as Epic’s esteemed liaison for The Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI), demonstrating a commitment to industry excellence and standards. Additionally, he holds a distinguished position as a board member of The New Jersey AWI Chapter, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and practices within the region.
With a specialized focus on intricate projects, Ryan excels in all phases of millwork implementation, particularly in the realms of medical, institutional, pharmaceutical, office, and highly detail-oriented environments. His comprehensive understanding of project intricacies coupled with years of practical experience positions him as a reliable and innovative leader within the industry.

Project Engineer
Michael Pierre brings over a decade of dedication and expertise to Epic Millwork, having joined the team in 2014. Over the years, Michael has seamlessly transitioned through various pivotal roles within our organization, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence. Currently serving as our esteemed Project Engineer, Michael plays a vital role in orchestrating the successful execution of our projects from conception to completion.
In his capacity as Project Engineer, Michael oversees a spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from meticulous project coordination to precise field measurements. His keen eye for detail and proficiency in producing intricate shop drawings ensure that every aspect of fabrication and installation adheres to the highest standards of quality and precision. Michael’s adeptness extends to templating custom designs, including but not limited to nurse stations, radial countertops, and feature walls, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions that surpass expectations.

Project Estimator
RJ joined the team in 2021 as an Estimating Coordinator, where he honed his skills in project estimating. As his efficiency and expertise grew, he advanced to the role of Project Estimator, managing a substantial volume of projects.
RJ’s roots in construction run deep. Growing up, his stepfather worked as a drywall subcontractor for Epic, and he’s been familiar with the Epic company since childhood, seeing the logo from hats, t-shirts etc. His stepfather gifted him his first architectural scale for his artwork, and their dining room table often transformed into a workspace for his stepfather’s full-size architectural drawings. This early exposure ignited RJ’s passion for the industry and ultimately shaped his career path.
Later, RJ gained hands-on experience in general construction and drywall, which allowed him to connect with the architects and contractors he collaborates with today. Additionally, his father has been with Epic Millwork for over 15 years, eventually becoming the Estimating Director. RJ fondly remembers using AutoCAD for the first time during a “Take Your Child to Work Day” event at Epic Millwork.
With a strong foundation in both practical experience and industry knowledge, He is committed to delivering exceptional results on every project.

With nearly two years of experience at Epic Millwork and a solid foundation in project management, Natalya is an essential member of our team. Her journey began with two years as a project assistant at a concrete testing company, where she honed her organizational and analytical skills. Driven by her passion for woodworking, she completed a carpentry course that deepened her understanding of the craft.
In her current role, Natalya excels in estimating, coordinating project estimates, and providing vital support throughout the project lifecycle. Her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to excellence ensure that each project is executed efficiently and meets the highest standards.
Beyond her professional expertise, Natalya is committed to continuous learning and growth. Her collaborative spirit and proactive problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset to our projects and a trusted partner to our clients.

Administrative Assistant
Since joining Millwork in August 2021, Madeline has become an important member of our team as an Administrative Assistant. She handles a variety of tasks, including managing invoices, supporting project activities, and ensuring that necessary materials are available.
Madeline is also responsible for handling submittals, such as samples and product data, and managing purchases and purchase orders, which help streamline our procurement processes.
In addition to her administrative duties, she contributes to our marketing efforts by creating brochures and managing our social media accounts. Her role includes maintaining the accuracy of our financial records through her work on monthly reports, which enhances our overall operations.
