Epic Millwork’s Role: Subcontractor

Project Description: Epic Millwork played a crucial role in the Pendry Natirar project, contributing a wide range of custom millwork elements. Our scope included the fabrication and installation of all wood trims, bases, casings, chair rails, mid rails, medallions, and applied moldings. We also installed paneling, cased wood openings, wood wall caps, and window treatment pockets. Additionally, we provided casework, cabinetry, and countertops throughout the property, as well as the installation of guestroom vanities, mini bars, and closets. We crafted and installed all interior wood beams and ceilings, as well as the wood planking for the saunas. Our team ensured precise prepping, caulking, and puttying, along with necessary lifting, hoisting, and rigging for the project.
